Abstract/Description of Event/Activity: Welcoming remarks by Phoenix Houses of New York Regional Director, Norwig Debye-Saxinger, which will include a presentation on why treatment works and the important relationship between the business and treatment communities. Ed Barnett, Director of Phoenix Career Academy and its graduates will discuss how treatment has turned their lives around and their supervisors will give remarks on their employees success.
