Send Your Pictures and Videos

Recovery Month is here and we hope you will have a successful and well attended event. We also hope you have included in your planning a means for capturing your event on video or in digital photos. Here are some helpful hints for securing pictures and video that will be useful to us in producing "The Road to Recovery Finale 2005":

• Make sure to identify the names (and title, if appropriate) of persons featured in your video or pictures.
• Include shots that provide context, for example a banner with the name of your event or city in the background.
• Include with your pictures any press release or promotional messages that will help us convey your good work and accomplishments.
• Write a one paragraph description of the event that includes: the name of sponsor, location, dates and number of people who attended the event.
• Note the ID number of your event as listed on the Recovery Month website on all correspondence.

Please download the Consent & Release Form For Use Of Materials. It must be signed by the event planner and returned with your videotape/photos. We must have this form in order to use your materials.

The deadline for submitting materials is Friday, October 7th, 2005.

All formats are welcome. We will copy portions of your videotape for use in the program and return the original tape via UPS. Please send your digital photo images to recoverymonth@iqsolutions.com or send videotape and non-digital pictures to the following address:
