Recovery Happens is a rally/information fair held in celebration of recovery on the west steps of the State Capitol building in Sacramento, California with speakers, information booths, singers, food, 12-Step Meetings, and fellowship, etc.


Location: State Capitol, Sacramento, California at 19th and L Streets in downtown Sacramento on the west steps of the State Capitol building.
