NAMI provides facilitator training and programs for education, support, and advocacy for persons with mental illness and their families and caregivers. Our programs are provided free of charge to the community. Our programs help teach understanding and
coping with mental illness. It promotes that recovery is possible and provides some essential tools for growth along the recovery path. Walk with NAMI. It's a great way to help NAMI advocate and fight stigma.

Recovery Month spreads the positive message that behavioral health is essential to overall health, that prevention works, treatment is effective and people can and do recover.
