On Thursday, October 25th, 2012, communities across the nation will join Director Gil Kerlikowske, Office of National Drug Control Policy and NOPE Task Force in hosting the Sixth Annual NOPE Candle Light Vigil in memory of those lost to and suffering from
substance abuse. Here in New Hampshire our Vigil will take place at 7 PM at the Gazebo and Park located on Main St and Prospect Street, Bethlehem NH.
