SAMHSA is sponsoring the 7th Annual Recovery Month Walk/Run in celebration of National Recovery Month. Recovery Month serves to celebrate individuals who are in recovery and those who serve them and to educate the public on mental and substance abuse disorders
as a national health crisis, to that prevention works, treatment is effective and that people do recover.
