Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center "Partner's in Recovery: Achieving Healthy Lifestyles" community outreach, will be supporting National Recovery Month with a Fall Festival on Saturday September 22, 2012 from 1-4pm outside of Upper Great Lakes Family
Health Center, Victory Lutheran Church and the Salvation Army. Fall Fest is a partnership with Sawyer/Gwinn agencies, organizations, individuals, students and families who will be promoting ways of Achieving Healthy Lifestyles. The fall festival will include
activities for children, adolescents and adults, refreshments and health screenings. Save the date and Join us at Fall Fest!
