Twelve Oaks cordially invites you to the Recovery Takes Root and Open House celebration in honor of National Recovery Month. The event will open with a ribbon cutting and the Hurlburt Honor Guard. The event will also include an information fair, tours
of the facility grounds and a luncheon. The event is open to the public, please join us for a wonderful day of celebration!
