8th Annual Walk for Recovery

Chicago Department of Public Health's 8th Annual Walk for Recovery  (4347)

The walk celebrates the thousands of Chicagoans in recovery from alcohol and drug addictions and the families and agencies who help and support them. The 3 mile walk will begin at approximately 11:30 a.m., following an introductory program, which will
start at 10:30 a.m. The Chicago Department of Public Health Care Van will be on site to provide flu shots and Syphilis testing. An array of other free health services such as blood pressure screenings and a Q & A session with a family practice physician will
also be available.
