Embracing Age: Latino Health Summit & Community Health Fair  (3901)

The 2012 Embracing Age: Latino Health Summit & Community Health Fair is a two-part event aimed at promoting best practices and services that are achievable, available and vital to improving seniors' health today. The Latino Health Summit component seeks
to bring together leaders from all levels of government, academia, public health, mental health, minority-serving institutions & minority communities. The goal is to advance key issues and opportunities for improving minority health and closing the health
gap in Connecticut. Registration is free. The Community Health Fair component is free and open to the public. 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Expect health screenings, health information, product and services available to seniors.
