We are hosting our first annual Recovery Awareness Month Cookout open to all participants of our outpatient substance abuse treatment program. Friends, family, and community programs serving patient needs are also invited in an effort to build community
support and provide edcation about substance abuse and maintained methadone treatment.


Location: Clinic Open House; Cookout set-up in front of Clinic.

Program Agenda: Have fun, eat cookout fare, ask questions and learn more from all staff members at our facility including counselors, nurses, and administration. An opportunity to share personal experiences with substance abuse and disvover information about treatment
options available to build community support and education for persons involved in methadone maintenance treatment for opiod dependence.



Targeted participants for this year's event: 150


Invited Participants / Audience: Active and former patients enrolled in outpatient substance abuse treatment at our facility and all family, friends, and community members who are interested in learning more about our program or showing their support.
