Illinois Specialty Courts Conference  (3665)

The Illinois Association of Drug Court Professionals (IADCP) and Mental Health Court Association of Illinois (MHCAI) have traditionally held two separate annual conferences. As individual associations, we recognize the shared challenges faced by Specialty
Courts and feel it is time to combine our agendas and create a two-day conference addressing Drug Courts, Mental Health Courts and Co-Occurring Disorders. Therefore, on behalf of the IADCP and MHCAI Boards of Directors, we are pleased to announce a merging
of annual conferences for 2012. We are also excited to announce an added bonus to this year’s conference which includes specific information regarding Justice Involved Veterans and Veteran’s Courts. Whether you are a Judge, Prosecutor, Defense Attorney, Probation
Officer, Treatment Provider or Consumer, this year’s conference promises to be full of the latest and most practical information available regarding Specialty Courts. Topics will include Evidence Based and Best Practices for screening, treating and supervising
Specialty Courts participants struggling with Co-Occurring Disorders, Ethical Dilemmas faced by Specialty Courts teams, Cultural Competency in the Specialty Cour
