Mental Health America's 1st - Mind Your Health 5k RUN/WALK  (4497)

10/06/2012 8:00 AM - 10/06/2012 2:00 PM

Dear Friends & Advocates of Health: Mental Health America (formerly known as the National Mental Health Association) is the country’s leading nonprofit dedicated to helping people live mentally healthier lives since 1909. With more than 240+ affiliates
nationwide, we represent a growing movement of Americans who promote mental wellness for the health and well-being of the nation. Now more than ever, health professionals, nurses, social workers, advocates, teachers, students, and parents need reliable resources
to reduce stress. Millions of people have found that exercise reduces stress, anger and tension, anxiety and depression, and offers a greater sense of well-being. In an effort to get this word out, join me for Mental Health America’s 1st Annual Mind Your Health
5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Bluemont Park in Arlington, VA. To register for our cause click on this link below. http://www.mentalhealthamerica.net/go/mindyourhealth5k To make an in-kind or memorial donation on someone’s behalf on link below.
