Recovery Happens  (4315)

Recovery Happens features community-interest booths with informative literature, a free barbecue, live music, a lighthearted dog show, and fun for children. Open to the entire community, this year’s 12th annual celebration will take place from 10 a.m.
to 2 p.m. in Auburn’s Recreation Park, which is at 123 Recreation Drive near Old Town Auburn on Saturday September 22, 2012. The guest speaker this year will be Placer County Supervisor Jim Holmes. Phillip Dudley and the Doo-Rights and the Auburn Hip Hop Congress
will provide musical entertainment. A Children’s Corner sponsored by the Placer Counseling Center will offer balloon animals, face painting and storytelling.
