Miami County Substance Abuse Prevention Council in collaboration with many community organizations and volunteers are planning a free concert to the public. Two bands will be playing. There will also be short testimonies of recovery by speakers. Event
attendees are asked to bring canned goods to "purchase" raffle tickets for some prizes. It is also hoped that there will be free refreshments. (Refreshments are planned, but not confirmed yet.)
