Recovery in Action Arts Festival  (4115)

09/29/2012 10:00 AM - 09/29/2012 6:00 PM

The Recovery in Action Arts Festival is an event that not only celebrates Recovery Month but also erases stigma surrounding mental health and substance abuse in the community. It is a family-friendly event where all participating artists are in recovery
from mental illness and/or substance dependence. We encourage all consumer artists, including musicians and poets/writers, across the state of Oklahoma to join in the fun. In addition to booths for artists, we will have a stage for performing arts. There is
an art competition also, and any consumer artist is welcome to participate. For more information, please contact Gretchen Geis by email at ggeis@odmhsas.org or by phone at (405) 521-6365.
