On Saturday, August 18th @10:00AM, Sutphin Blvd. and 116th Avenue will be renamed, Thomas White Jr. Way, in honor of the late beloved Co-Founder and former CEO of JCAP Inc, Thomas White, Jr. The ceremony will take place at 116th and Sutphin Blvd., and
