September is National Recovery Month! Celebrate with us, TAKE A WALK! Walking is a great foundation for a healthy lifestyle, meditation routine or a wonderful conversation with your loved ones! Regular exercise is a vital tool in relapse prevention. 12
Steppers everywhere are encouraged to join us in daily walks. Let’s get moving! Let’s create some motion that supports healthy emotions. Let’s TAKE A WALK!


Location: Glenbeigh Recovery Centers in Rock Creek, Beachwood, Canton, Erie, Niles, Rocky River and Toledo will be handing out pedometers that can be used to track your progress.
