Turtle Team is a fitness walking team for people in recovery from trauma, mental health problems and addictions that is sponsored and coached by experienced peer-professional fitness and health organizations. We practice fitness walking (a 12-15/min per
mile pace) and discuss healthy lifestyle topics during our "walk and talk" workouts each week in preparation for participating together in the Pittsburgh Great Race 5K Fitness Walk on the last Sunday in September to celebrate National Recovery Month. Learn

Location: Practices will be held at the Waterfront in Homestead, PA. The group gathers at the Starbucks fountain (across from Loews Theatre)
