Sinnissippi Centers' annual Wellness and Recovery Celebration has grown from its beginnings in 2005 as a substance abuse recovery celebration to an event inclusive of all persons seeking increased wellness and recovery from any behavioral health care issue
and also celebrates the famiily, friends and others who support them in their efforts. Particulalry with the prevalence of co-occuring disorders we found it very fitting to be an inclusive event and in doing so have boosted the participation in the event.
The Wellness and Recovery Celebration includes activities for all ages, including kids games, music, displays, informational booths, guest speakers, music, and a picnic style meal.
