Program Agenda: The Wow Village Samhsa Recovery Month Celebration will be hosted at the Garland County Fair Grounds in Hot Springs Arkansas. Dr Shamshad Haroon, Child Psychiatrist, will be teaching about the brain and talking about substance abuse and how to "Produce
Your Own Highs" without the use of drugs. Dr H will be offering prizes and will be selling a "Happy Juice Recipe" that's better than ANY DRUG! Produce your own brain high without drugs! Dr. Haroon, the chair person of WOW, "challenges you" that you will learn
more about the brain and drugs in 5 minutes than in your entire lifetime!
