Defined as a Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC), this model refers to the organizing of community and professional services and relationships that can support the attainment and sustainment of health, wellness and recovery of individuals and families
through the implementation of community values, best science and those policies and programs that can best attain health, wellness and recovery in individuals, families and the community at large.
