Minnesota Recovery Month Kick-Off!

A celebration of recovery highlighting resources for and needs of Veterans, Service Members and their Family Members affected by substance use and co-occurring disorders. Keynote speaker Kevin McCauley, former Naval Flight Surgeon who treated pilots with
substance use disorder, co-founder of the Institute for Addiction Study who has presented to the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, multiple state physician health programs, Southwest Airlines, American Airlines and the Airlines Pilots Association, will provide information
to increase awareness and understanding of substance use and co-occurring disorders. Persons in recovery, family members, treatment and other health care providers, peer recovery coaches, policy makers, elected officials, advocates, community leaders and stakeholders
are cordially invited to attend.
