Deeply entrenched social stigma have kept recovery voices silent and faces hidden for decades. Recovery Messaging Training is an opportunity to learn how we discuss addiction and recovery to family, employers, friends, general public as well as the media;
and how our messages can harm or support people in recovery. This training hopes to help participants explore how they fit in the recovery community and how to communicate the importance of recovery.
