Sons of Tradition  (7515)

The purpose of this event is to train facilitators, who work with youth, to implement this culturally-based prevention education curriculum in their communities. This curriculum helps initiate and implement change in the community. It is developed for
Native American boys ages 13-17. It is designed to coincide with the school year, other weekly programs, and also over the summer months. The focus of this program is establishing identity and learning what it is to be a Native American man. The curriculum
is based upon the teachings of the Native American Elders and Clan Mothers. 24 Continuing Education Hours are provided in this training. Register online.
