In September plan to attend a different kind of drug and alcohol treatment workshop. Jean-Francois Benoist Founder of The Exclusive Addiction Treatment Center in Hawaii will be offering a workshop on Core Belief Restructuring. Core Belief Restructuring is a methodology by which a person learns how their addictions and personal struggles are directly related to their own core beliefs. With Core Belief Restructuring, we permanently change those core beliefs to eliminate self-destructive behaviors, depression, and panic and communication breakdown. In the place of these difficult patterns, we create clear thinking, feelings of freedom and safety, communication and self-awareness skills, and joyful fluidity through everyday life events.
