2008 Event Photo Community and media events are the cornerstone of National Recovery Month (Recovery Month); holding an event can be an exciting and important way to make a difference in your community. The impact your organization can have by spreading a lasting message of recovery throughout your community can be beyond measure.

  • 2nd Annual Recovery Idol- Let Your Voice Be Heard KS

    09/20/2014 6:30PM - 9:30PM
    This event is a fundraiser for the non-profit Substance Abuse Center of Kansas and CrossOver Recovery Center. September is National Recovery Month and this event helps to reduce the stigma of addiction. The event is a showcase of talent within the recovery community and provides a chance for those in recovery and those that support recovery to come together as a community. All funds raised go to eliminate barriers to those in early recovery from substance use disorders.
