SAMHSA News: A Better Path: Drug Treatment Courts Offer Hope for Youth

A new publication from SAMHSA highlights a project to encourage juvenile treatment drug court as an alternative to incarceration.  The publication also reports on the prevalence of young adult prescription drug abuse, a community program to prevent underage drinking, substance abuse in tribes, and resources to help providers navigate health reform
