Abstract: In this program, we will look at the tremendous educational and awareness raising events conducted in communities large and small as our great Nation came together in the spirit of this year’s theme, “Join the Voices for Recovery… Now.” We will highlight Recovery Month community forums, walks and runs for recovery, Major League Baseball games, music-based activities, and other events that celebrate that addiction is treatable and recovery is possible.
